Business Hours:

10AM - 6PM Monday Through Friday.


There's a million reasons why you might need an IT Professional by your side.  We offer you the ability to help you remotely at a discounted cost of $80 for a call lasting 1-60 minutes.  Additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments past the first hour.


 In the event that an issue arises that requires an Onsite Technician, we will waive the remote support call fee if we determine the issue can't be fixed. 


For clients on our Remote Monitoring and Management or Cybersecurity suite, or to request more information on how to qualify for several hours of free remote support, please call or email us.  Cost for services is a la carte and tailored to your specific needs. 


Remote After Hours Support:  $125 for up to 1 hour, and additional time billed in 15 minute increments.

Onsite Support & Repair

When there's hardware problems, sometimes the solution can be quick over the phone, and other times, it requires the personal touch.  We don't believe you need to bring your computer to us.  We will come to you. 

Clients with any of our Services or Contract Rates get discounts!


Business Hours Support

 Hourly Rate: $120

Clients that signup for any of our other partner services get varying discounts based on total number of services.  Clients on Yearly Contracts get special rates regardless of amount of additional services.


Intermedia Unite: 15%

Any combo of Bitdefender & RMM products: 20%

RMM Services: 10% or more based on # of End Points.
Intermedia Contact Center: 30%
Nomad Rural Internet: 15%

* Total Discount will not exceed 40% unless otherwise stated within a contract.

After Hours Support - Emergency Response: 

Emergency Response is limited based on Technician availability and your location.
Any time outside of 10AM to 6pm is considered After Hours Support.

After Hours requests should be primarily done via Text Message or emailing support@nexusnv.com.  If there is a technician available, they will reach out to you within minutes. Our systems are designed to alert all available technicians as soon as a message is left, even if they are out in the field.

After Hours Rate: $175 / hour

Primary Coverage Area:  Reno/Sparks 

Special Request Locations:  Carson - Dayton - Virginia City - Fernley - Fallon - Winnemucca - Elko


Requests for a Technician outside of Reno Sparks where our Technicians will need to be away from home for one or more days due to distance:

  • Mileage fee ($0.66 per mile) minus local coverage area of 30 miles. 
  • $200 per diem for Meals & Accommodations
  • Hourly Charge of 4-8 hours.



Note:  Technicians are paid for their skills and training, not their time. Minimum Charge for after-hours support between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM is 3 hours ($525). Our goal is to get you up and running and reduce your potential losses.
