But we have our own IT Department, do we need you?

Your IT department NEEDS the tools we offer.   We give them the same access our technicians would have to manage and monitor your systems internally. 

Not needing our technicians means we are your backup!

Yes!  Nexus Techs has designed their services from the ground up to provide Modular pricing options.    Most companies will need a management team,  3-5 specialists and 3-5 help desk support technicians apart from the tools that these techs will need to use.   Based on the amount of phone calls you will need to field, these costs will increase and don't include the tools they'll need access to, another cost. 

What if I want a dedicated Remote or Onsite Team?

Nexus Techs will take care of finding candidates to fill the roles that you need!  We will discuss all options and costs associated with having dedicated support.
